Described by producers, promoters and musicians alike as the “REAL DEAL”, Quinn Mills is quickly becoming a rising artist on the Toronto and New York music scenes. With 3 singles under his belt, with “Colours” receiving over 265,000 YouTube views, Mills has already played legendary venues like “The Bitter End” and “The Sidewalk Cafe” in New York City. He has worked with some of the best in the business: Buddy Hyatt (Toto), Nir Z ( studio drummer for John Mayer and Jason Mraz), and Chad Cromwell (Neil Young’s drummer). He has even performed twice for the highly esteemed New York Songwriters’ Circle Showcase.

Born August 2, 1999 in Ajax, Ontario, Canada, Mills is a gifted songwriter, guitarist and multi-instrumentalist. Signed by Dan Marshall and Tom Petrone to a management and publishing deal with MP Music House, Mills also produces his own songs and beats.

 

Now backed by an incredible backup band with 26 year old drummer Chris Buysse and 20 year old bassist Julian Guzman, QUINN MILLS & THE COMMON ERA recently released their first single “Silver Lining” which has over 18,000 YouTube views, and recorded their upcoming album at Toronto’s famous Orange Lounge Studio. They have played legendary Toronto-area venues like “The Music Hall”, “The Linsmore Tavern” and the “Silver Dollar Room”, along with festivals like the Whitby Ribfest, Global Village Festivals, and Pickering Artsfest. Their new album is high energy, upbeat alternative rock with a hint of pop and R&B, and is due out this summer.
